GO LO MEIN
 

1 lb. fresh Udon noodles, cooked and drained
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 Chinese sausage, thinly sliced
3 bok choy, sliced
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
Sesame oil

In skillet put sesame oil, saute sausages and vegetables. Add oyster sauce and noodles and saute.
