GOULASH
 

1 lb. ground beef (may substitute ground turkey)
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can tomato sauce
Tomato catsup (to your taste)
1 sm. can niblet corn
1 sm. can early green peas
Cheddar cheese (opt.)
1 box spaghetti

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Pour off grease. Add onion, tomato sauce and catsup. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add peas and corn (cheese if desired) and simmer until flavors have blended, about 20 to 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti and drain. Serve goulash over the spaghetti. (This with salad or slaw will make a complete meal.)
