BASIC QUICHE
 

4 eggs
1 c. milk
Pie crust
Pinch of dry mustard
Pinch of black pepper
4 to 8 ounces shredded cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)

Beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Variations: Add chopped ham or any vegetable you wish, such as asparagus, broccoli, spinach (good with Feta cheese) etc.
