MARINATED LONDON BROIL
 

1 London broil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
Garlic salt to taste

Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over London broil. Marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Next day, charcoal the meat 15-20 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade while cooking. To serve, carve against grain.
