1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
3-4 tbsp. taco sauce or tomato sauce
Use a 2-quart casserole dish. Place ground beef and onion flakes in dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 4-5 minutes on HIGH. Stir and let stand several minutes. Drain. Add garlic salt, chili powder and taco sauce. Stir and microwave for 2-3 minutes on 70% power. Serve on lettuce. Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese and taco sauce, along with corn chips.
