BASS BAKE
 

3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cooked bass filets
1 c. cooked peas
1/2 recipe Bisquick biscuits

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Saute onion and pepper in hot oil until onion is golden. Blend in salt and flour. Gradually stir in soup and milk. Bring to boil; boil 1 minute. Add flaked salmon, peas and lemon juice. Pour into baking dish, 11 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 1 1/2". Top with biscuits. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Serves 6-8.
