BASIC QUICHE
 

Create your own quiche by deciding which cheese you'd like to mix or match with which vegetable or meat. Whatever you choose, use no more than 1 1/2 cups total. Then pick the appropriate herb seasoning. Serves 6.

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 to 1 c. chopped, cooked & drained meat, seafood, poultry or vegetable
1 c. half & half or milk
1/2 tsp. herb(s)
1/2 tsp. salt
