1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. canned milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 lg. potatoes 2 lg. onions 1/4 lb. sharp cheese Salt and pepper to taste Press ground beef in bottom of greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with canned milk, salt, and pepper. Slice potatoes on top of meat; slice onion on top of potatoes. Cube the cheese onto potatoes and onions. Cover with mushroom soup. Bake covered dish 1 hour at 350 degrees or until potatoes are done. Makes 6 servings. |
