1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. can milk 6 lg. potatoes 6 onions, sliced 1/4 lb. sharp cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup Press ground beef in bottom of a 2 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with milk, salt and pepper. Add potatoes over milk. Slice onions over potatoes. Cube cheese into potatoes and onions. Cover with soup. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
