1 c. apricot preserves 1/2 c. seasoned tomato sauce 1/3 c. vinegar 1/4 c. shortening 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 2 lb. frankfurters Combine the first 8 ingredients. Score franks on the bias and broil slowly on grill, turning and basting with sauce until hot through and glazed. Heat remaining sauce to pass with franks. To go along; grill pineapple slices and a crisp tossed salad. |
