1 c. apricot preserves 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. salad oil 2 lbs. frankfurters 1 (#2) can pineapple slices 1/2 c. seasoned tomato sauce 1/4 c. cooking sherry 2 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. fresh ginger root or ground ginger Combine first 8 ingredients. Score frankfurters on bias and broil. Slowly turn and baste often until hot. Grill and baste pineapple slices. |
