3 cans chili relenos 1 c. grated cheddar 1 c. grated Monterey Jack 2 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1 can condensed milk Wash chilies and remove seeds. Drain. Put on paper towel. Grate cheddar and Jack - layer cheese with chili peppers. (Use pepper to your taste.) Beat eggs with flour; add milk. Pour over cheese and chili peppers (looks like custard). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with green salad. |
