BOBBY'S FAJITAS

2-3 long strips tenderized fajitas
1 lg. pkg. flour tortillas
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce & smoked flavoring mixed
Fiesta Brand Fajita Seasoning

Wash meat and sprinkle fajita seasoning all over the meat, then marinate in the sauce and smoked flavoring. You can mix some of the fajita seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and smoked flavoring together along with 1/2 stick of butter and melt this. Then pour all over the meat and let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.

Next day place over hot coals in barbecue pit and smoke for about 1 hour or more. Remove, place in pan, cover with foil. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Punch a few holes in foil. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.

When done, remove to chopping block and slice in thin slices. Take a flour tortilla, place some meat, onions and cheese on it. Place in microwave oven for 30 seconds or less or until you can see the cheese is melted. Remove and put a little picante sauce on it, if you like. Roll it up and eat. Great!
