MOM'S MEATLOAF
 

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. each - sage, garlic salt or powder, pepper, dry mustard, and celery seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 carrot, finely grated
1/4 c. minced onion (fresh)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 slices bread, torn
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
Ketchup

Crumble meat into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except ketchup; mix well. Pat into small loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until browned (35 to 45 minutes). Top with ketchup and bake another 10 minutes or so. (A small loaf for a small family!)
