4 potatoes 2 carrots 1/4 onion 1 can peas (drain off water) Leftover beef roast, cut into cubes 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. broth (1 bouillon cube in 1 c. water) 1 c. milk 1 can biscuits Cube potatoes and carrots and onions; boil until done; drain water. Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Stir in broth and milk, bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, peas and beef roast. Stir. Place in 13x9 baking dish. Place biscuits on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
