EASY BRISKET
 

5 lb. brisket
2 cans beef gravy
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. Italian dressing

Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over meat. Put all in a very well sealed, airtight container or foil. Bake at 300-325 degrees for 1 hour per pound. Let cool for easy slicing.
