HONEY DIJON ROASTED POULTRY
 

HONEY DIJON POULTRY GLAZE:

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. Grey Poupon
2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. wild honey
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cover poultry with this sauce when approximately 10-15 minutes of cooking time remains.

If you have cooked the poultry on an outside BBQ, place poultry inside the broiler at 250 degrees until sauce is glazed on.

A slow, low heat prevents the honey from caramelizing.
