4 Cornish game hens
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and mix. Pour over hens and bake 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until hens are tender and nicely browned.
