1 lb. ground chuck 1 lb. can Brooks chili hot beans 1 pkg. mild chili seasoning mix 2 cans stewed tomatoes 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. water Cook ground chuck, drain off fat. Combine ground chuck and all other ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 to 8 servings. 1 cup each. |
