PIZZA AND DOUGH
 

DOUGH:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

If using self-rising flour, omit salt.

TOPPINGS:

Pizza sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Provalone cheese
Oregano flakes
Garlic

Toppings can be added in amounts desired by you. Toppings may be added to your own taste.

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously, let rest about 8 minutes. After dough is rested, roll out and place on greased cookie sheet to desired crust thickness. Add favorite pizza sauce and other toppings to desired taste. Bake in 425 degree oven until cheese is lightly brown, 20-25 minutes.

You may add your own toppings to taste: pepperoni, sausage, peppers, etc.
