1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 c. diced celery 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 1/2 c. hot water 1 can chow mein noodles 1 c. cooked rice 2 chopped onions 1 can Oriental vegetables 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1/4 c. soy sauce Brown hamburger; add celery and onion and saute 5 minutes. Add soups, water, rice and soy sauce; mix thoroughly. Stir in vegetables and water chestnuts. Cover and bake 1/2 hour in 2-quart baking dish at 350 degrees; uncover, sprinkle with chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 8. |
