1 c. soy beans, soaked overnight 1 c. dry soy beans 1 c. walnuts 2 or 3 carrots 1 lg. onion 1/4 green pepper 2 stalks celery 1 c. rolled oats 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tbsp. parsley 3 tbsp. vegetable salt 4 eggs 1 or 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 c. tomato sauce 1 c. granburger (Health Store) or 1 c. soy grits and 1/2 tsp. onion salt Form patties. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until lightly browned. Makes 20 small patties. |
