1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. light brown sugar 1 tbsp. sesame seed 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. ginger About 5 minutes before using; combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Use to marinate shrimp, scallops, beef or lamb before grilling. Makes about 1 cup. |
