SHEPHERD'S PIE
 

1 lb. ground lamb or beef
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. flour
Broth or stock
Any vegetables that are leftover in the refrigerator
Salt and pepper to taste
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. butter

Carrots, peas, peppers, mushrooms.

Saute meat and onion, when meat is browned, add flour and stock, add salt and pepper. Combine meat mixture and vegetables and pour into a 9x9 inch baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and dot with butter. Broil in oven until bubbly and the potatoes have browned.
