PIG STOMACH
 

1 med. pig stomach, cleaned
2 lb. bulk sausage, or hamburger, if desired
2 med. potatoes, diced
1/2 med. onion
2 sprigs celery, diced
2 raw eggs
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and stuff the pig stomach. Close end and bake in the oven for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees with a lid. For brown skin, remove the lid for 20-30 minutes. Slice and serve.
