HOMEMADE DUMPLINGS
 

2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk

Mix flour and buttermilk until consistency of pie dough. Roll mixture very thin. Cut into strips and layer on cookie sheet and freeze until needed. May be used for chicken recipes or sweet recipes, such as blackberry du bee. Just break dough into bite-size pieces and drop into boiling liquid. Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
