HOMEMADE DUMPLINGS
 

1 stick butter
2 c. boiling water
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients together in a bowl. Let stand until cool and refrigerate for several hours. Roll thin on floured board. Cut into squares. You can use all at once or place on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, put in a plastic bag and keep in freezer until ready to use.
