1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. ginger 1/4 c. brown sugar Instant meat tenderizer, Arm pot roast or round bone roast, any size Sprinkle both sides of the roast with the meat tenderizer. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour into a storage bag or glass pan. Marinate meat overnight. Grill on aluminum foil pan 15 minutes each side over medium heat. |
