1 lb. hamburger
1 can creamed corn
1 can sweet peas
Mashed potatoes to serve 6
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper

Brown onion with hamburger and drain well. Season to taste. Put into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Layer creamed corn on top of hamburger. Then drained peas. Then mashed potatoes. May be frozen at this point. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
