SHEPHERD'S PIE
 

2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. prepared instant mashed potatoes

Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter until tender in skillet over medium flame, about 5 minutes. Stir in ground beef; saute until brown. Mix in broth, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into greased 9-inch baking dish. Run fork over potatoes for rippled surface. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake until potatoes are brown, about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
