PIG STOMACH
 

1 pig stomach, cleaned
1 qt. potatoes, diced
1 1/2 lbs. sausage, fresh loose
2 med. onions, chopped fine
2 sm. carrots, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Stuff pig stomach and skewer end shut. Add 1/2 cup water to roast pan. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Remove lid the last 1/2 hour to brown.
