BRISKET IN A BAG
 

3 lb. brisket (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.)
32 oz. tomato juice
1 can drained mushrooms
2 med. onions, sliced
1 pkg. onion soup
1/8 tsp. mace
1 oven roasting bag, turkey size

All above in bag, bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
