1 bell pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 lb. shrimp 1 lb. smoked sausage 2 c. raw rice 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can onion soup 1 can tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients in large baking dish. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
OPTIONAL: Ground beef, ham, pork or any combination thereof.
