2 lg. beef kielbasi (Hillshire Farm)
3 lg. cans yams (Bruces)
1 can chunk pineapple in juice not syrup
1/2 lb. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. honey
Boil kielbasi in large pot per package directions (about 10 minutes).
Put yams in large rectangular pan 11x18. Drain the yams but save 3/4 cup of the juice. Sprinkle brown sugar over the yams. Sprinkle cinnamon over that. Cut kielbasi in small slices, about 1/4 inch thick. Put on top of yams. Sprinkle now with more sugar, cinnamon, 1/2 cup yam juice and 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees until crispy on top. About 3 minutes before done, put on pineapple and honey. Bake 3 to 5 more minutes. Eat and enjoy!
