PIZZABURGER PIE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, tomato, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and 4 ounces of cheese. In a large bowl spread in a 10-inch pie pan and top with the remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
