1 lb. ground hamburger 1/2 c. ground Spam 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sage 1 tbsp. oregano 1/2 c. grated cheese (Colby, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack) - can mix all three! 1 c. spaghetti sauce Chopped parsley Saute ground hamburger until brown. Cool. Add other ingredients and mix together. Portion onto OPEN hamburger buns. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. To freeze, don't back. Great in the microwave and toaster ovens too! |
