1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. oil 4 med. onions (cut in 1/4 inch slices) 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can beef gravy Combine hamburger, salt, pepper, water and bread crumbs. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Place patties in skillet. Brown on one side, turn and top with onion slices. Pour beef gravy over all. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. |
