1 lg. round steak 4-5 lg. potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks 2 cans carrots, drained 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 cube beef bouillon 1 sm. onion Cut steak into serving sizes. Fry until browned. Melt bouillon in 1 cup boiling water. Mix soup, bouillon broth and onions. Add steak, potatoes and carrots. Cover and bake 1 hour at 425 degrees. |
