HICKORY SMOKED BRISKET
 

3-6 lb. fresh brisket (not the corned-beef type)
Oven cooking bag
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Place brisket in oven cooking bag, then pour the liquid smoke over the meat. Sprinkle with celery, onion and garlic salts and close bag. Place in refrigerator overnight. Early the next day place bag of meat in crockpot and heat on high for one hour, then turn to low for 8-9 hours. Serve warm with juices over each slice or with BBQ sauce.

Be sure to make a few slits in cooking bag for prevent an explosion in the crockpot!
