BREADED ROUND STEAK

Round steak (thin)
Eggs
Italian bread crumbs (below)

ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS:

Parmesan cheese
Oregano
Parsley flakes
Garlic
Onion salt
Plain bread crumbs

Beat round steak with meat tenderizer until thin. Cut into 1-inch strips. Dip in eggs and then into bread crumbs. Fry in hot grease.
