1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs 2 eggs 4 oz. low fat Russian salad dressing 1 med. onion, chopped Salt & pepper Mix all ingredients together. Add more bread crumbs if too soupy. Pour into loaf pan or square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Optional: use egg whites only for low cholesterol meat loaf. |
