Make a crust of the butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into 11x7 inch baking dish. Mix cream cheese, sugar or Equal and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread over crackers. Make each package of pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk and cook until thickened. (You may use instant pudding -- I did). Spread chocolate over cream cheese mixture. Spread vanilla over chocolate, spread rest of Cool Whip over pudding. Cover and refrigerate.
