4 packages Sweet One; 1 package Sweet & Low.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat 2 baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray. Set aside. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, bran flakes, baking soda, salt, and sugar substitute. In small bowl, put apple juice concentrate, oil, water, egg, vanilla, walnuts, and raisins. Blend well. Add mixture to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour.
Measure level tablespoon size portions of dough. Place them, well spaced, on prepared baking sheets and flatten to 1/2 inch thickness. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
