2 c. asparagus, chopped 3 tbsp. onions, chopped 1 recipe Cream of Chicken Soup Steam asparagus and onion; puree in blender. Heat cream of chicken soup gradually over low heat; add asparagus and onion. Serve warm. CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP: 2 c. chicken broth 3/4 c. potato, grated Heat chicken broth to boiling; gradually add grated potato. Simmer 10 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until broth has thickened.
