1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. skim milk 1/2 c. corn syrup 1 whole egg 2 egg whites 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. canola oil 1 tsp. vanilla Coat a 9 x 12 x 2 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees In bowl of an electric mixer or food processor, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. Combine oil, milk, corn syrup, egg, egg whites and vanilla. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. Bake for 20 minutes until center is set but soft, and edges are firm. |
