LOW - FAT FROZEN BERRY BANANA YOGURT
 

1/2 env. (about 1 1/2 tsp.) unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. water
2 c. strawberries
1 med. banana, peeled and cut into chunks
2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Sugar substitute to equal 4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand to soften. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved. In blender container, combine strawberries, bananas, and dissolved gelatin and process until smooth. Add yogurt, sugar substitute, and vanilla and process until combined. Pour mixture into shallow metal 1 1/2 quart pan; cover and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until mixture is the consistency of ice cream.
