1/2 green cabbage, grated 1/2 lg. carrot, grated 1 c. light mayonnaise 2 pkgs. Sweet & Low 1 c. 2% fat free milk Grate cabbage and carrot in a bowl; set aside. Mix together mayonnaise and Sweet & Low. Gradually add and stir in the 2% milk. Beat by hand until creamy. Pour creamy dressing over cabbage and carrot. Cover with clear wrap and refrigerate. |
