1/2 c. unflavored yogurt (low fat) 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dried dill 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/4 tsp. granulated sugar 1/8 tsp. black pepper In small bowl mix all ingredients well.
