SHAKE AND BAKE LOW CALORIE CHICKEN OR
FISH
 

Stir together in bowl: 1/3 tsp. pepper 2 heaping tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. dry chicken bouillon (you can buy it) 1 tsp. salt (may be omitted) 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Sprinkle on or roll meat cut in serving pieces and place in aluminum foil wrapper. Fold to seal and bake in oven at 350 degrees.

Chicken 1 hour; fish 20 minutes (until tender).

A tasty no salt dish or delicious with salt. Chicken should be skinned. May be stored in covered jar in refrigerator indefinitely.
