2 c. ripe peaches, peeled & mashed
4 c. honey
1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin

In deep saucepan, mix peaches and honey. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add to Certo. Return to boil. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim foam with metal spoon. Pour into jars. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
